The National Jazz Museum in Harlem has over the course of several years evolved into a major cultural presence in New York City. We hope you will join us for our free weekly programs in Harlem, which include our course JAZZ FOR CURIOUS LISTENERS, our interview series HARLEM SPEAKS, and/or to visit our Visitors Center. Jazz in the Parks

The National Jazz Museum in Harlem partners with the City of New York Parks and Recreation Department to bring you this free event series. Concerts take place at the Hansborough Recreation Center (35 W. 134th Street), Pelham Fritz Recreation Center in Marcus Garvey Park, and other venues.

In 2008, the Jazz in the Parks summer series resumes with concerts at the Jackie Robinson Park at Bradhurst and Edgecomb Avenues, from West 145th Street to West 155th Street.
